Are you planning to purchase your first home or navigate the general real estate market? The Korean Community Service Center of Greater Washington (KCSC) hosts a free, comprehensive Homebuyer Education Course in Korean every three months to guide you through the process. Held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM at KCSC’s Annandale office, this full-day session covers the Fairfax County First-Time Homebuyers Program Orientation (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM) and the Virginia Housing Homebuyer Education Class (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM), equipping attendees with vital knowledge on credit management, mortgage loans, real estate agents, home inspections, and closing procedures.
Completing this class fulfills the essential early requirements for Fairfax County’s affordable homebuying program and earns participants a 2-year valid certificate required to access down payment assistance, closing cost support, and SPARC government grants. Whether you plan to utilize government housing programs or buy on the conventional market, this course provides the financial foundation and practical insight needed for a successful purchase.

KCSC is a non-profit organization with a mission to assist and empower Asian Americans and new immigrants in the metropolitan DC area.
