KCSC’s Supporting Teenagers through Empowerment and Prevention Services (STEPS) Program is designed for the 1.5 and the 2ndgeneration of Korean-American adolescents and includes a mix of prevention services, intervention services, and empowerment services which anticipate and prevent problems that youth often experience, provide guidance on how to solve problems in effective ways, and help youth to build their leadership capabilities through community service.
